Aunyx Labs

Terms of Service

Effective April 17, 2026

These Terms of Service are an initial draft we are publishing alongside the launch of aunyxlabs.com. We are actively working with counsel to finalize them. If you have questions, email us at hello@aunyxlabs.com.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Aunyx Labs (“Aunyx,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing aunyxlabs.com or purchasing any Aunyx service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase from us.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be a US resident physically located in a state where Aunyx currently offers services. At launch, we serve Utah only.
  • You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.
  • You may only use Aunyx for lawful purposes.

3. Nature of the services

Aunyx Labs offers at-home blood draws, a comprehensive lab panel, provider-led review of your results, and, when clinically appropriate, support for hormone therapy, peptide therapy, and GLP-1 management. Clinical services are delivered by licensed US providers through a telehealth relationship.

Our services are not an emergency service. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

4. Telehealth and the provider relationship

Clinical care is provided by independently licensed providers contracted with or employed by Aunyx. A patient relationship is established only after a provider reviews your intake and accepts you for care. Providers may decline to treat you or to prescribe a medication if, in their clinical judgment, it is not appropriate.

5. Prescriptions

Prescription decisions are made solely by your Aunyx provider based on your labs, intake, and ongoing care. Purchase of the First Visit or any other Aunyx service does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. All controlled substances, where applicable, are prescribed in accordance with federal and state law.

6. Billing, refunds, and cancellation

  • The First Visit is a one-time charge of $350, charged at checkout through our payment processor. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
  • If we are unable to provide your at-home blood draw (for example, because you are outside our service area), we will offer a full refund. Contact us at hello@aunyxlabs.com.
  • If a provider determines you are not a clinical fit before your blood draw, we will refund the charge less any costs already incurred on your behalf.
  • Once the blood draw is completed or samples are processed, refunds are issued at our discretion.

7. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@aunyxlabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails and SMS messages related to your care (scheduling, results, plan updates). You can opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate another person or provide false information.
  • Use the services to obtain medications or services for someone else, or to resell or divert any medication.
  • Attempt to circumvent security or probe the site for vulnerabilities.
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with other users.

10. Intellectual property

The Aunyx name, logo, website, content, and branding are the property of Aunyx Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or use them without our prior written permission.

11. Medical disclaimer

Information on aunyxlabs.com is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. Only your licensed provider can advise you on your specific situation, and that advice is delivered inside your Aunyx care relationship. Nothing on the public website creates a patient relationship or is a substitute for professional medical care.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aunyx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Aunyx, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the services.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflicts-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, unless the parties agree to arbitration in writing.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
