Text Message Consent
Aunyx LLC (Aunyx Labs) texts patients only after they opt in. This page shows where that happens and exactly what patients agree to.
Where patients opt in
Patients opt in on the contact step of signup at aunyxlabs.com/start, where they enter their name, email, and mobile phone number. Below the phone field is this checkbox:
(Optional) By checking this box, I agree to receive appointment, lab results availability, care team, verification code, and account text messages from Aunyx Labs at the phone number above. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
- The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default.
- Leaving it unchecked does not affect signup, purchase, or care.
- Patients can also turn text messages on or off later in the Aunyx app, under Settings, Reminders and notifications.
Confirmation text
Right after opting in, patients receive this text:

Stopping texts and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
